Garrett Gurthie throws far. REALLY far. Our Halo plastic adds the high speed stability & glide Garrett needs in this beefed up Star Wraith, making it the perfect disc for his massive distance. Each Double G Halo Wraith has a unique blending of rim colors with mostly chartreuse flight plates.

With a little to no break-in time, the Pro Wraith gives me a wonderful combination of distance and control. I will often forego a faster disc in favor of the combination of speed, glide and accuracy of the Pro Wraith.

Hands down my favorite disc. Very reliable. The Star plastic seems to flatten out a little easier than Champion. I'll mainly throw a 171g but I also have a 163g that likes to flatten out quicker and glide more..which is great for the tighter fairways and uphill shots.

Halo Star is a decorative blend of Star plastic featuring a colorful halo design where the rim is a distinctly different color than the center plate of the disc. Halo discs are slightly more overstable to start than Star counterparts. The pearly rim is noticeably firmer than the Star flight plate - providing the disc with additional durability for a long lifetime of flight. 

Star Plastic

Our Star line is created with a special blend of grippy, resilient polymers. Star plastic offers the same outstanding durability of our regular Champion plastic, plus improved grip like our Pro plastic. Star discs have the same flight characteristics as Champion discs, but are slightly less firm.
